6packofun
Ds wants to be "scared just a little bit" with our next read aloud and I'm stumped as to a good title! Help me out! (He isn't prone to nightmares, but gets disturbed by the odd thing like tattoos, blood/needles, etc. If it's somewhat outlandish, the better, actually, because he's more concerned about yucky things that COULD happen to him. lol) A little humor wouldn't be bad, either. Thanks!
jen3kids
How about the Bunnicula series, or is he too old for that? My kids loved them and I think they were probably 10, 8, and 6 when we listened to them on audiobooks. Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book was fabulous too, especially since he narrates it!

Sara in AZ
I can't see the age of your son on my phone. But when I was in 5th/6th grade I LOVED Edgar Allen Poe, Scary Stories to Read in the Dark, and original Grimm's Fairy Tales.
