We did receive a damaged (returned, maybe?) item, but I contacted them and they sent out a new item immediately. Shipping time (to NY, anyway) was exactly 1 week. I've only ordered from them a few times, but orders usually ship w/in a day or two, and delivery is about a week to 10 days. I skipped the free shipping this weekend, and paid the extra $2 to have it shipped UPS ground. Wanted to make sure it got here in time for family Christmas. I've never had any problems, though shipping is a bit slow with free shipping. I bought the minecraft creeper and some torches today, I'm so excited to get them, they're adorable!
