We will be having tuna noodle casserole (at dh's request), carnitas in the slow cooker, baked split chicken breasts, chicken egg rolls (made with leftover chicken), ropa vieja, and our Maryland state dinner (as we study the states)--Maryland crabcakes. The other nights we're having crockpot lasagne, an Asian-style vegetable soup, fish baked in tahini, koshary, and market noodles. I am eating green pea soup right at this second. mysticamethyst Posted March 8, 2010 Share Posted March 8, 2010 Monday: Fried chicken, insta spuds, can of veggie and a salad--brownies Tuesday: Pot roast, roasted red potatoes and carrots, bread--pudding pie Wednesday: Manacotti, bread, salad--ice cream Thursday: Steak, baked spuds with all the fixins, salad--brownies(my favorite dessert) Friday: Either out or leftovers if we have any from the rest of the week. That is what is the plan for dinners, I am at a loss this week for lunches. I started babysitting 2 little ones and trying to find stuff for all 6 to eat is proving a challenge. Sun- Tacos with spanish rice Mon- BarBQ chicken pizza and cake for dessert.
