chaik76
The decision to homeschool changed our life radically so I date our homeschooling journey from the date we decided to homeschool...it will be eight years in six weeks.

momtotkbb
9 years for us too! We have 12 more years to go. Oddly enough with oldest I thought people couldn't hs their own kids. But, because his ps curriculum was lacking, I sent folders of work weekly to school for him to do ---all at his teachers request!--and we "afterschooled", but I didn't know what that was then. LinRTX
I actually started my oldest the February after he turned 4. (would have started in January but we were all sick with th flu). In Feb. we will start year 20 and my youngest is 9 (4th grade) so 9 years to go. Linda

Ravin
This is our third year if you count pre-K, which is when I started doing things like putting together unit studies and letter of the week stuff. It feels more like the first year of doing really "official" stuff, though, we were really pretty relaxed through most of K.
