  1. Our friend lost their mother and aunt when the pickup truck behind them rammed into their car while it was stopped at a light. The truck end up in the back seat of the car. The driver did not see that they had stopped because he was texting. So sad. Two lives lost and one young mans ruined in order to say something that could wait.
  2. Outside, one of the best spider prevention things is chickens. They do earwigs too.
  3. I am in that boat with you. I will be 40 this year. I have a 13, a 6 and a 10 week old. C/sections for all three. #3 was a surprise after 6 years of no prevention. During the last delivery the Doc looked over the drape and said no more. Too much scar tissue. I am having a hard time with it. Although, with it taking years for me to get pregnant it is unlikely I would have another anyway. Hubby is done. He was done after 2. So I get no empathy there. I just feel so sad. Praying for all our mother's hearts that long for more.
  4. I will be 5 weeks PP on Thursday. My bleeding has ebbed and flowed :001_smile: LOL Dr told me that if there is no severe pain, golf ball or larger clots or bleeding through a pad an hour I should be fine. but to call if I felt something was not right. I had c/s and hemmoraged after so we are being very careful watching my bleeding. The gas pains this time(3rd c/s) have been just awful! ETA: Typos are easier to make when typing one-handed!
  5. True some of it is department policy and if they want to do the paperwork on a civil matter. Most don't LOL. Not citation happy is a good thing.
  6. My hubby is in LE here in CA and he say here they never cite unless there is obviously an adjacent crime like the accident killed someone or it was a stolen car etc. Other wise since the cop rolls up after the fact it would be a misdemeanor committed outside the officers presence and it would be your word against theirs. OP I would go to the ER or your DR. If you inform them that this is stemming from an accident you can have them send the bill to the Sheriff. So sorry you were hit!
  7. Oh Yes! I grew up in OK and now live in Northern California. I miss the thunderstorms!!
  8. IMO You can't stop your son from doing things if you don't know he is not allowed to. I would not have stopped a 16 year old from mowing the lawn. Sounds to me like this is just another manifestation of the issues you all ready had with stbxh. If stbxh does not want these thing used then he needs to store them else where. Hugs
  9. I had frequent nosebleeds as a child. I was prescribed Vitamin K and had the blood vessel cauterized. This was about 30 years ago and 10ish. The nose bleeds stopped as I grew older but I do have a tendency to bleed more. I am a redhead and we tend to bleed more than average.
  10. I believe it is not illegal if you only use your brain but if the house figures out you are doing it they can use the "right to refuse service" clause to keep you out. It becomes illegal the moment you use an "outside the brain" aid. Chips, paper and pen etc.
  11. I just ended my 3rd pregnancy 2 weeks ago (see siggie). I also ran out of room. She was my smallest too. No advice except tylonol and hot showers. So sorry you are experienceing this. :)
  12. Praying! As an LE wife thanks for the reminder to have a plan in place. Although since none of us know the time allotted to us I think is a good idea for all couples/families to have these tough conversations. :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:
  13. My DD also gets a rash. Oddly her's comes 1-2 days after the amoxicillan is finished. Odd I know and it took 2-3 times before we figured it out.
  14. Not usually but it depends on where it is and what bone it is in.
  15. typing fast cause baby is hungry. google osteo osteoma. DD had one. benign!! main presenting symptom is pain. most common in boys in their second decade of life . if you are gonna have a tumor this is the best kind to have. prayers to you jenn

  17. That hair was such a shock! It will be interesting to see since both my other girls did not have hair until they were 2!! She has her daddy's coloring.
  18. At least IMO. :hurray: Here is the finished product of our year: Sarah Jane born 4/17/14 8*6 and 19 inches long
  19. My last bladder infection did not show up in the urine sample. I had to have a clean catch retrieved with a catheter (sorry if TMI) and I had blood in my urine. With all of your DD other symptoms the DR. should have prescribed medicine (IMO). :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: for you and your girl!
  20. "I have been and always shall be...your friend" in Star Trek I don't like Titanic but the moment when the band decides to continue playing and when the older couple are pictured on the bed. Toy Story 3 when they all link hands. When Phil dies in The Avengers. :blushing: Steel Magnolias-basically the entire 2nd half Those are just the ones I remember. Jenn
  21. My Hubby and I love his work. It is very sad.
  22. www.spoonflower.com has some unique offerings but can get expensive fast if you are not careful. ;)
  23. You'll get it! YouTube became my friend when I taught myself to quilt. Just remember it is supposed to be fun!
  24. My DD cut out a bunch of brown E's and is taking "brownies" to the skating rink today. That is as wild as we get. And if DD was not into is we would do nothing.
