  1. :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: I'm sorry, my heart hurts for you.
  2. Wanted to add...You might talk to her about big people making bigger pees and a need to go in the potty / toilet or even consider a different diaper to hold more if she isn't ready.
  3. Ruling out a uti or constipation which can also cause pain, begin potty training as you did with the others. Possible options...A potty chair where she can sit and read or even watch a video might distract and calm her enough to go. I've know lots of trained little ones who wore a long shirt or dress with nothing else on while training or the special undies. I would also try rewards and or the potty training videos if they still have them. Poor kiddo :grouphug: , my sister used to use a timer for her kids while training and set it to go off every hour or so; she pushed salty foods like pretzels, and pop-corn with lots of drinks. I second having daddy reassure her that accidents happen to lots of people and even kitty's or puppies.
  4. Apple cider vinegar Warm salt water :grouphug:
  5. :grouphug: When you and dh talk with them, approach them without resentment or anger and don't let them provoke you to feeling guilty. Setting limits and boundaries are a good thing, we set them all the time (think your kids, neighbors etc.), but in-laws often expect to be treated a certain way. I hope everything goes well. I don't even know you or your dh, but I'm pretty proud of the two of you. :hurray:

  7. I've found mine are worse during pms esp when doing something hot like blow-drying my hair or any real work. I wear a good bra w/wicking (breezies) & use a fan. I gave up caffeine too.
  8. Another option for a busted screen if the computer still works is to purchase a monitor and hook it to the laptop. Sorry...
  9. I would happily vote to simply stay on standard time; I don't care if it fell in the spring forward or fall back time.
  10. I've know older parents who regretted not having the energy (or good health) and to some extent enthusiasm they felt with their older children. None of them would have used the word regretted.
  11. Very interesting, I was in the misinformed group who thought they were all hypoallergenic and didn't shed.
  12. :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: Cont. prayers
  13. My guess is that they will have a Land's End counter, but I've returned items to a regular register with no problem during the busy holiday return rush with no problem. I've always had my receipt btw.
  14. I often return items to Sears and have never paid postage. You can even order from Sears and not pay shipping to your home; they have a phone in mine by the Land's End counter.
  15. I would use it, but I wouldn't feed it to my kids.
  16. I wouldn't let any children eat the yogurt. A grown up is a fine guinea pig, but kids are small. Btw...I'm fine with poisoning myself, but my kids no way.
  17. Skechers Gowalk for all day comfort; Eccos are my next favorite and look like real shoes.
  18. :iagree: with you, chalk it up to a hard lesson and move on. If you donate it, get a receipt and you can deduct it from your taxes.
  19. :grouphug: Mine are still here, but I'm already a little unsettled imagining it. My understanding is it takes time, and usually more than you think.
  20. Congratulations! I know I would joyfully attend and be happy to bring a gift to celebrate your little miracle. (Oh, and I'll admit, I can be a little fussy about somethings (like paying for an co-workers child's college), but never a new baby.)
  21. Poor kid...that is a long time to wait imo. :grouphug:
