    :grouphug: Have you checked HSLDA and your umbrella school? The umbrella school is likely to have the state procedure you need to follow, whether you use them or not. I hope the transition goes smoothly.

    :grouphug:I kept an orange cut into wedges with me. Sometimes I ate them, and other times I just opened the bag and let the smell cover some other offending odor. Saltines, lots of saltines.

    :grouphug:Nadia, I'm sorry, and wish I knew of some way to fix it. Teens sharing friends often leaves one slighted. That's how it always was for me and my sister. My mom always put her foot down = grounding and insisted birthdays were for family.

    I wish they offered an afternoon test too. My youngest is not a morning person by any stretch of the imagination.

    That's good to hear, but I think it isn't over. Each and every year here (another state), more regulations and restrictions on homeschooling are pushed over and over again. Eventually they get it through:glare:.

    What test will she take? There are a number of test prep-workbooks available. Spectrum Test Prep $10 or less Available from ChristianBook and Seton BJU has the ITBS and a few other test prep books on their web site Barnes & Nobel carried Spectrum

    :grouphug: How old is it? We had a carbon monoxide detector that just decided to go off and keep going off. It wasn't that old, but needed to be replaced. The alarm was really, really unnerving.

    Nice weather makes me a happier person, that's just the way I'm wired. I love a beautiful day. Winter in the Midwest is freezing cold, dark, long and makes me dread going out. I do it, but the joy is zapped out of me.
