If I had cancer or was considered to be high-risk, this is what I would try to do. For others, my friend recommends, testing your pH once a week or so. LYMPHASIZE The lymphatic system is the metabolic garbage can of the body. It rids you of toxins such as dead and cancerous cells. Since the lymphatic system has no â€œheartâ€ (as does the blood system), regular movement is necessary for it to properly circulate its lymph and to clear in the waste products from around the cells.
