I gave up the fight after being sued again. What tipped the scale for me was that his school near his Dad's is going to be MUCH, MUCH better than the one he attends now. The kids will be together as a sibling unit every weekend, either at xh's house or mine. I get Andrew every 1st, 3rd and 5th weekend, Wednesday nights for dinner, and some other stuff on birthdays, alternating holidays and 5 weeks in the summer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
