The buyers just want one window fixed. The buyers have the money. The buyers have been looking for a house for FIVE years, asked the dumbest questions on earth and started out with a bid that was laughable. I said no to 3 raises and countered on the 4th and they took it. Even my agent can't believe it. We close on the 20th and I'll be so happy, I'll be smiling in my sleep. Our house goes on the market this weekend and I'm so stressed that we'll be sitting in it for another 4-6 months with NO offers!!! :( But I think it's just a typical fear of most first time home-sellers, maybe?
