Mommy22alyns
Do you just wear nightgowns too? I have wondered that for a while. :)
LG Gone Wild
Nope, boxers and a t-shirt. That way I can get up exercise. Yes, I workout (in the privacy of my home) in my raggedy drawers.
mommaduck
Nope...I wear nighties, pj's, t-shirts, dh's shirts, etc (well, that's what I wear when I'm out of bed...I actually hate wearing anything to bed).
Mom2absh
Nope! A t-shirt sometimes, if it's cold... J

This is what I do as well. I don't *always* wear dresses or skirts, but well over 80% of the time you will find me in a dress or a skirt. FWIW, I HATE nightgowns and refuse to wear them. vonfirmath
Do you just wear nightgowns too? I have wondered that for a while. :) When I was dresses/skirts only, I was either nightgowns or nothing for bed. And it was by preference not conviction. Koerarmoca
I wear dresses/skirts 100% of the time out of the house. I wear night gowns with a tank and leggings under neath. I usually take the night gown off before I go to sleep though its just a comfort thing when I want to be out of my outfit of the day. I can't sleep well with a night gown on I am always twisted up or choking myself.
milovany
I wear skirts probably 70-80% of the time, and no I loathe wearing nightgowns to bed. Leggings and a t-shirt.
Melissa in Australia
I wear dresses for everything except milking the cow and refereeing basketball. I have worn nightgowns all my life. I have never had a problem with getting twisted up. I always grab the nightgown as I turn over. it is a habit I have acquired over years of practice. I even do it in my sleep. I don't wear dresses for religious reason. I have always loved wearing dresses. I make them myself, and I have puffy sleeve , fitted bodice and a long flowing skirt part. SnowWhite
Yes, just nightgowns. (I know lots of folks who do otherwise though).
Hedgehog
I wear skirts 80% of the time, which is because I find them comfortable, not because of any religious conviction. I'll wear a nightdress to bed but only short ones. I had a long one once and it drove me nuts. But actually I don't like wearing PJ trousers either - they also get twisted up! Ester Maria
I wear skirts "only" about 90% of the time I suppose (I do wear pants from time to time, though it's getting more rare), so I'm not sure if I'm an ideal candidate to answer this question, but yes, I wear only nightgowns. tearose
I only wear dresses and skirts because I find them more comfortable. I mainly sleep in tank tops (summer) or sleeved tops (winter) with underwear. I don't like how nightgowns and nightshirts get twisted, and I don't do pajama bottoms because I don't like the feel of a waistband when I'm in bed. WTMCassandra
No. I sleep with a pillow between my knees, and a nightgown is impractical. I wear PJ pants and top. Nightgowns twist on me. I also tuck the PJ pants into socks so that they don't twist either. (And during the day, I wear leggings beneath my skirt in winter and bike shorts in summer.) PentecostalMom
I wear skirts 100% of the time, and whatever to bed. Depends on if I am cold, hot, etc.. BTW, I wear skirts for religious reasons, but in the privacy of my home, or in the privacy of a relatives home with females only, I wear pj's (like for weekend visits). Tarreymere
I'm in the 90% skirt camp, and I wear nightgowns but the night gowns are very short so they don't get twisted up. I like them because they are prettier than t-shirts and DH really likes them. But a robe or housecoat is definately in order out of the bedroom. PeterPan
Do you just wear nightgowns too? I have wondered that for a while. :) You mean you wear clothes to bed? But in all seriousness, I get your question. We're not picky on it, though we LIKE the feminity of the nightgown and try to make sure whatever we do wear for loungewear/sleepwear is modest when we're around the house. But dd just sewed herself a really cut pair of jams, which means no, we don't wear only nightgowns.
KidsHappen
Well, I am not a dress girl but I either wear a t-shirt and undies (if we have company or are visiting) or nothing at all. If I do wear a shirt it has to be kind of snug fitting. I toss and turn a lot at night and it is very easy to get all knotted up in loose clothing. Mommy22alyns
You mean you wear clothes to bed?  Oh my goodness, yes! I am pajama-obsessed, for me and the girls. :D Thanks for all the answers, ladies!
kdeno
I also wear "pants" under my skirts in the winter.

freethinkermama
When I wore only skirts and dresses I wore nothing at all to bed :) Still wear nothing to bed, but now wear pants during the day.
