I was standing at the stove last Thursday evening, and it dawned on me that I was happy. I hadn't yelled at the kids the entire day. I hadn't bitten my husband's head off. I hadn't felt like punching something. I hadn't shed a single tear. I was really genuinely happy. It was a beautiful feeling. I think we might have found the right combination of drugs, finally.
