I heat my leftover morning coffee and make a bpc with 1/2 T coconut oil, 1/2 T butter & some cinnamon. Whiz with stick blender.
I eat under 40 carbs per day (closer to 20 most days)and I am energized after working out and never hungry or shaky. I do the bpc because I want the rest of my morning coffee and I have a couple of hours before lunch.
