I'm right there with you. My daughter turned 13 in October and we just recently had a big blow up. I know I'm not ready for any more 13 year old tantrums.

At my baby shower my cousin had made a fleece blanket using one piece of fleece. She cut the strips then made a little hole and poked the strip through the hole. She also cut the edges of the strip off so they were rounded. I love that blanket. It's so cute. That would be a cheaper option than buying 2 pieces of fleece and tying them together.

I got to Walmart at 6am and was able to walk around with no problems(the crowd has thinned by then) and get the things I wanted. Went to check out at around 7am and their were cashiers just standing around waiting for people to check it. It was so nice. Hubby and I went to Target and Walmart(again) tonight(like 8pm) and they still had the deal from earlier in the day so got a few more buys :001_smile: Over all I am very happy with what I got today:001_smile:

DS 14 wants a hard drive for the Xbox DD 13 wants a digital camera DS 1 not sure~he really likes the Elmo Live. I am thinking of getting him a twilight turtle and whatever else I feel like buying :D I'm not sure what we are buying for them yet. Will look at the ads on Friday and make some decisions.

My kids each have a tracfone. We have not had any problems with them. They each have double minutes and if you look online you can usually find a promo code to add to it for extra minutes. I had a pre paid verizon phone years ago and it cost me 99 cents a day to use it, so it wasn't really that cheap to have. Not sure what they offer now for pre paid. I think most stores will have a pamphlet you can pick up and look at to make your decision easier.

I don't have snacks to share and I don't drink wine(but have thought about trying some :D) My gripe~today my sister was suppose to babysit my youngest at 1:00 so hubby and I could go to lunch and a movie. She made her own plans and I had to rearrange mine to meet her needs. I was not a happy camper. On a good note~I did get to see The Blind Side :D

I have seen stirrup pants in stores.

I use a round baking stone to bake mine. I bake it the night before so over night I put bread on the cookie and cover it will foil. The next day it is so soft. In October this is what I used to frosting the cookie(the frosting in the can). Good Luck

Farmville has been having issues. Not sure if they are all resolved yet but I haven't had any trouble today with it.

This last pregnancy, I was induced a month early because of blood pressure and LOTS of protein in my urine. I was in the hospital a week before the baby was born and they would always ask me how my vision was. If you notice any changes in your vision, let your doctor know as soon as possible. I laid on my side A LOT during that week, during delivery and after delivery. So lay on your side as much as you can~it really does help. Good Luck :001_smile:

I have not read the other replies but I have passwords to facebook and email. I can also check their cell phone anytime. I have a piece of paper will all passwords that I keep on my desk. Just so happens this past weekend I tried to log onto dds youtube account and what do you know she changed the password without telling me~lets just say it wasn't a good night here. She is only 13. She thinks she deserves privacy and so on. I'm not ready for any more 13 year old female tantrums~Hubby was not home at the time.

I have not read the other replies so sorry if I'm repeating anything. Balmex and medicated baby powder was what worked for my son. We tried almost every diaper rash ointment out there. We have tons of stuff around but I always reach for the Balmex first.

I am thinking of getting myself one(Ipod Touch) for Christmas :D My sisters each have one and love it!!

Yes. 80's clothes are coming back. Most clothes now a days are tight and revealing. Not my style. I won't be buying leg warmers either(although it's cold here) :001_smile:
