A tailgating truck driver decided to pass on the right and he merged into us as he passed, pushing us into a concrete wall and damaging the right front end of my car. Only reason I ask is because on a rainy day a car lost control going down an interstate ramp driving my son into a concrete barrier. Because they actually never hit him, he was found at fault.
