Our garage fridge has Pepsi and bottled water for our lawn care guys and other contractors. ‘Folks, that’s what happens when you buy a 140 year old house. You do whatever it takes to keep your repair guys happy, and we’ve found cold drinks and offering to let them use our bathroom and take breaks on our shaded deck works really well. Now I'm wondering if I should have gotten doughnuts or something for the guys who've been working on retiling my shower all week. Maybe I'll bake them cookies on Monday?
