Jackie
My DD is outgrowing her gymnastics and dance leotards. The growth spurts are coming fast lately! Where do people find theirs?
redsquirrel
Discount dance? That is what I hear the moms mention quite often
maize
I've bought cheap gymnastics leotards at Target or used on eBay.
AmandaVT
You can get some good deals on ebay. Dreamlight leos are usually less expensive than alpha factor and GK. http://www.ebay.com/sch/Youth-/159170/i.html?_nkw=gk+leotard&_frs=1 http://www.ebay.com/sch/Youth-/159170/i.html?_nkw=alpha+factor+leotard&_frs=1 Edited January 12, 2016 by AmandaVT
Mommy22alyns
I have bought quite a few GK on Ebay for $12.49. Just put them on your watchlist and pounce when the price is right. http://www.ebay.com/sch/Women-/159169/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=&_ssn=mgoodguy
Wheres Toto
Definitely Discount Dance. There's also the Capezio outlet - http://www.dancefactoryoutlet.com/. Target and Walmart will also sell leotards for younger kids.
Sneezyone
I bought DD a bunch of new GKs on eBay for $10.49-13.59 over the holidays (same seller as above, mgoodguy). I also like Flip Flop leos which are also sold on eBay. The Flip Flop ones are roomier in the tush and wider in the shoulders. Dmmetler
Also, if your DC likes special patterns/colors, try Etsy. I've gotten a lot of reptile print ones there :) Make sure you know the sizes. My DD is a youth medium in most clothes and is a youth intermediate in most dance wear-and an adult XS in GK elite leos! skimomma
Melody Leotards. Inexpensive and you can design your own leos! Dd is no longer in gym and that is about the only thing I miss about it....designing our own leos.
Squawky Acres
I just ordered gymnastics "biketards" for my daughters from Walmart. It is for a recreational tumbling class they are attending this month, so I did not want to spend much. I suggested something cute and classic from the Danskin website, but DD8 said she had in mind "something sparkly, and rainbow-colored, and maybe in a leopard print." Enter Walmart: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Danskin-Now-Girls-Printed-Biketard-with-Back-Keyhole/47300268 It is hideous, but it is only $10, and she is thrilled. wathe
If you sew, Jalie has fantastic patterns. If you can source the fabric for a decent price (I buy ends on clearance), you can sew leos for just a few dollars.

ElizabethB
Flip flop leos! http://stores.ebay.com/FlipFlop-Leos The stitching holds up very well, she is a good seamstress. Her youtube video is cute, she has just one, how to measure, she is a cute grandma type lady.
eternallytired
Our dance teacher recommended RevolutionDance.com or DiscountDance.com as having good quality products at reasonable prices. (There's a code for 10% off your first order that I can give you if you find something at the latter.)

And on this subject, be sure to measure the torso length! I originally ordered Rebecca a couple of leos based on her height/weight, but they were too small. I got the correct fit by getting her torso measurement.
