I love https://www.threadless.com/  They have great sales if you sign up for their emails.

I also shop at  http://www.redbubble.com/  They had some video game specific stuff my son wanted.

This one's cute, although I haven't ordered yet   http://www.snorgtees.com/

And, of course,  http://www.cafepress.com/

(Can you tell we're big on t-shirts!?   )

Goodwill, seriously. I have found some awesome shirts there for my boys for Christmas and tomorrow is a 50% off day too. ;) I highly recommend it!!

Currently live in the middle of nowhere and our Goodwill is definitely a reflection of that :)  Moving soon, but too close to Christmas for shopping. And I'm jealous, ours never has sales!

Check dayoftheshirt.com -- it shows the offerings from a lot of the various 'this design is available for a day' or 'this design is available for a week' sites.

I've purchased stuff from redbubble, teefury, threadless, various sites that have shown up on dayoftheshirt, & (our favorite): teeturtle -- all great. My ds only wears t-shirts like ones that dayoftheshirt shows & he almost always will have at least one person comment on or compliment his shirt when we're out. We laugh at it because it has happened so.many.times. I mean waitstaff, the dude working at the movie theater, random strangers passing by on a city street, friends, teachers, librarians, kids, etc... -- his shirts attract compliments like crazy. I guess they stand out because so few other people have them (vs. what is easily available in Target, or Kohl's, or Macy's, or other b&m stores).

ETA: If you see a design you like & it's only available for 24-hours, don't fret if you miss it. If you have patience, it will often show up on a different site at a later time. I know this because of buying ds t-shirts from those sites for the past couple of years. Lots of these sites also go in phases w/ different themes, so stuff like Star Wars, Dr. Who, etc... are all popular & you'll see lots of variations of those.

Another question: What size should I get. It seems most of the kids shirts go to size 10, that's too small. But a Men's small is too big. Any of these companies have Youth sizes?

Tee Fury has youth sizes from XS to XL; the youth XL is equivalent to a men's small in width, but a few inches shorter.
