Someone posted something on Facebook that does not concern me directly but someone close to me and this person needs to be told off but...... I am going to take the high road and leave it alone unless I get permission to say something....😆

I block people that are mean to me, and I chose not to see some peoples newsfeed. You just go the the side of the post and click " I dont want to see this" and then another link will come up to not see them altogether.

Why don't you just private message them if it really bothers you, and someone you know and love has been hurt. That is what I would do, if it were something I could not get over.

^^^i used this the other day at the mall. Oldest was commenting on a toddler that was being left behind by her father and rest of her crew while walking through the mall---at least further than overprotective me would want my toddler to straggle behind in such a place. Dd gave me a "huh?" Not that I don't have plenty of opinions about things that have nothing to do with me, lol, but it's a convenient excuse when I don't want to "get into it." ;)

My new aphorism, too. I say it all the time now. KungFuPanda are you the one who started this? A hiver here has been saying it a lot and I've been doing the same. It applies to pretty much everything.

I 'might' have been the first person to post it here, but I definitely stole it from FB and I'm sure others here saw it that same day.. Supposedly it's a Polish proverb, but I did zero research to see if that's true. I just love it. It applies to as many things and is more poetic than MYOB.
