4-5yo Wiggle Child (girl) gift idea?

I have the world's wiggliest child.  I adore this kid, lol, but I'm out of ideas.

She doesn't really do dolls or quiet, imaginative play.

We own building toys.  We own dress up clothes.  We own an indoor trampline, lol.

We got LeapFrogs last year and electronics hold her attention but we're trying valiantly to avoid them.

So far she is getting a really neat coloring book & art pencils.

Grandma is getting her a lovely dress up dress.

I'm at a loss.  Ideas?  Has a scooter, has a bike.  The hardest thing of all this is that she is little girl #7.... there isn't much left to get.

Light table?  We have Magna-Tiles that are see through. She loves Magna-Tiles.  Is that a bad idea?

Her own CD player for books on CD?  She isn't a reader yet but wants to start to stop naptime.  That's a thought?  A PINK CD Player?

I had a similar child, just different gender.  Here are some ideas for active games, "Hullabaloo" & "I Can Do That".  Thinking putty may be an option for times she needs to be still but her hands can be moving (church, doctor appointments, etc.)  Thinking putty comes in all types.  Good luck! :)

I have a wiggly boy. Some hits here:

Mini trampoline

Bilibo

Collapsible tunnels/tents

Marble run (plastic, not wood yet)

Stomp Rocket Jr. (Can use inside with high ceilings!)

Rocking or bouncing spring horse

Inflatable horse or ball-shaped bouncer

Sit 'n Spin (preferable an old used one--much more sturdy and stable)

Are you in a place where you can encourage outside exploration? Looking for insects, collecting leaves and flowers, etc? Things like dip nets, a good magnifying glass, bottles with magnifying lids for catching/releasing insects, etc. Wiggly activity is less of an issue outdoors :)

She sounds a LOT like my 3yo DD.

Does she likes Puzzles?

My DD likes Magnatiles and we have the clear ones so I've got this Crayola Light Up Tracing Pad on her list:

She has a mp3 player we connect to the CD player for her bedtime. But she doesn't really sit down to listen but is always Go Go Go

She got a Melissa and Doug foldup dollhouse for her birthday (August) that is getting more use than I feared so we're getting her some Calico Critters for Christmas (taking away the teeny tiny accessories that will get lost for now). Along with maybe the Bus because she LOVES school buses.

Maybe a Bead and Pattern set? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00004WKPU/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1GPLO8JRHPTW1&coliid=I8VBQBSVP1F21

They have this Foam Pogo Jumper at the toy store and she can, amazingly, make it work! http://www.amazon.com/Kidoozie-G02404-Foam-Pogo-Jumper/dp/B00704IO48/ref=sr_1_2?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1415894846&sr=1-2&keywords=Kidzooie  (HEr older brother is getting one and I'm considering whether to get two)  We have Rody already and he gets a lot of use but this has more growing room.

I Can Do That!  LOVE that.  :)  Love that we can get her a "game" but that it's active.  Thank you!!

Oh, and the thinking putty comes in an 8 pack.  Perfect stocking stuffers.

I saw the foam pogo jumper earlier tonight and liked the looks of it too!

I've never seen these, but I really like the last link - added it to my cart too, lol! :)

Kid stilts? Skates?

I don't know about Ella but thanks for the suggestion.  I needed another gift idea for the 10yo and stilts went right on it!

We got her a mini tramp last year and it's seen a LOT of use.  I'm going to look into a ball shaped bouncer or a sit 'n spin.  We used to have a sit 'n spin but our oldest two girls weren't this much in motion and I figured it was just one of those toys kids didn't enjoy.

I promise she's out for at least 2 hours a day.   I've never met anyone like her.  She has the sweetest heart in the entire world but her mind, her body, her mouth, her metabolism.... They just go, go, go, go.  We live out in the country with oodles of space, two dogs, a good driveway for bike and scooter riding, a sandbox to dig in, and space to run, run, run, run.  She wakes up around 5AM and goes until she drops.  It's incredible.

Haha, that is second, too.

She asked me for a gymnastics vault for Christmas and the funny thing is, for her, it is really not unrealistic. I mean, not physically. Financially it's out of the question.

Sounds like rollerblades are not an option due to being on a country road? My kids love their rollerblades.

Does she have an area of your yard where you could set up a mud kitchen (doesn't have to be real muddy), stumps to move around, loose parts like sturdy branches and medium-sized stones? I am sorry, I don't remember where you live (climate-wise). Sometimes enhancing outdoor play with heavy things to move around and loose parts to create with can burn a ton of energy and fuel a lot of creativity (keeps the mind active).

Here are some links--

My eldest has very low core strength, so I wanted to get him a balance board.  I looked at the monkey one for his fifth birthday, but I worried that he would think it was too babyish.  He liked watching the bigger boys on the street skateboard, so I got a cheap skateboard from Target, unscrewed the wheel assembly and simply screwed on two 2x4s that I has cut into an arch shape (I also screwed the 2x4s together).  Then I covered the 2x4 with fancy duct tape and it was a big, 5 year old balance board.  He spends time on it every day.

Sounds like my 4 year old. She is...incredibly busy and not easily entertained. Things that she has/had that really occupy her are balance bike (loved this, she would FLY down the hill and learned to ride a regular bike at 3 years old), bike, scooter, quad, balance seat, plasma car, rocking horse, bounce horse, Legos, wood blocks, wedgits, play doh, paint, scissors, glue, a full set of gymnastics mats (they are dh's for work, but we keep some of them at home and the kids can play with them), trees to climb in, tent building kit, sensory bins (rice, sand, kinetic sand, water and dish soap, gel beads, paper scraps and buttons to find, ECT), shaving cream, latch puzzles.

This year for Christmas im getting her a building set-either Magnatiles or Magformers. I'm hoping we can get a spring board soon,😳and when we buy our house our first purchase will be an in ground trampoline. And a zip line. ðŸ˜
