Whereneverever
We're having beef stew with biscuits. Cut up fruit for dessert. What is everyone else making?
cjzimmer1
Leftovers! I'm canning tomatoes today (2 bushels), there is no way I was making supper too and we have nothing left in our budget for eating out, so everyone is getting a few bites of each thing I pull out until they are all full. We will have ice cream later if they clean enough stuff out of the fridge (without complaining).
TammyinTN
The girls and I had pasta with marinara sauce and cheesy olive bread.

My kids really enjoy leftovers done like that.
SunnyDays
We're doing beans and ham in the crockpot. I have been meaning to make that for a while but I kept forgetting to soak the beans!! :) We're eating late as we were outside most of the afternoon and evening, just waiting for the cornbread to be ready. Twinmom
Buffalo steaks, grassfed beef steaks (in case the kids would not eat the buffalo), baked potatoes, spaghetti squash for me, tomato soup bowls for the twins and a big salad. Yum.

Ferdie
Cleaned out the fridge so we are having left overs. Beef stew for ds, chicken and rice soup for dh, veggie enchilada casserole for dd, and curried veggies over rice for me. I also found split pea and ham soup from Wed. night and 1/2 rotissary chicken from Friday night so we are all set for tomorrow's meal too! Unicorn.
We had sausage w/ caramelized onions, apples, and pears, mashed potatoes, and watermelon. Popcorn for dessert because Lord of the Rings is on. I hate to think what our blood sugar is doing right now. Then again, maybe everybody will crash early! :D

Do you have a good beef stew recipe? I'd love to find a great one. :) Biscuits, too, for that matter!
