mom31257 Posted August 20, 2010 Share Posted August 20, 2010 My grandmother passed a way just a short time ago. She was 88. I am the middle of 3 girls. My mother was an only child, so we were all very close to her. Please pray for our family. I am sad, but relieved. A year ago June she was living by herself and still driving. She started having problems then we found out she had a brain tumor. She had some strokes last fall and had been bed ridden since then. We called her "mom" because my older sister did when she was little. She was a great lady who loved God, all our family, and shoes. I know at one point she had a pair to match every purse she owned. I have very fond memories of the last 43 years of my life with her. I will miss her so much, but I know I'll see her again. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
