  1. You can try a month for free, I believe. I really like this site. Very easy to use. You can pin a button to your browser's toolbar and when you click it, it will automatically scan the page for the recipe, filling the right fields. You can also copy/paste recipes.
  2. #95 Take this bread by Sara Miles. Loved it. Some language, but the book really spoke to me. #96 Help, Thanks, Wow. by Anne Lamott Loved it just as I thought I would. #97 Torch by Cheryl Strayed. Just started reading. Too early to decide. Excited about the 2013 challenge. Maybe I'll re-read Anne of Green Gables series. :001_wub:
  3. These are awesome. We're not following GF diet anymore, but I still make them.
  4. The most memorable New Year's gift (my parents didn't celebrate Christmas) was a huge box. I was so excited. I opened the box, there was another one. And another one. Then a huge ball of newspaper. I kept unrolling it until I got to a tiny box with a lone hard candy in a bright wrapper. I remember breaking down right there and just bawling my eyes out. My poor parents rushed to me, urging to open the last wrapper. It was a pretty round watch. :) They thought it would be funny. And it was, a little later. ;)
  5. Google "Toddler busy bags". There are tons of ideas out there. I have a separate cupboard for my youngest. Wooden and Lauri puzzles stacked, all the pieces go on a zip bag and a plastic shoebox. Wooden beads and dyed pasta to string on a pipe cleaner. Sorting games (by color, shape, number if things).
  6. Welcome back! You've been missed. :001_smile:
  7. My kids are still playing "Go Vacation".
  8. Thank you all! Crazyforlatin, thanks for that link. I've been planning to make some peg people for her brother, maybe I can make some fairies etc.
  9. I'm stumped. My 6.5 year old is not into building or board games, has plenty of art supplies and dress-up. Lots of hand-me-down clothes. She is a girly-girl. Help!
  10. Costco. They shipped quickly our calendars.
  11. We got one for our son's third birthday. He was very excited about it but haven't been using it that much since.
  12. A nice RV and enough time and money to travel though the states.
  13. Kindle Paperwhite. Probably not going to happen. Shoes, clothes. Dutch oven. Amazon had a 7 quart Lodge dutch oven as one of the Lightning Deals and I missed it. :glare: Ticket money to visit my parents in Israel. Definitely not going to happen, esp. with the Gaza situation right now. :crying:
  14. I'm sorry, Joanne. :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:
  15. http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Minecraft-21102 http://www.amazon.com/LEGO-6021886-Minecraft-21102/dp/B007PVHMCG oops. Didn't see they were sold out. There's always Ebay - http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=minecraft+lego&_sacat=0&_from=R40
  16. We were supposed to host the dinner, then my youngest got really sick. So, my husband hauled everything to one of his brothers' home and the boy and I stayed home. He was super upset about missing time with his cousins and kept saying, "I'm not sick, mommy!" :( Everyone had a great time though and even brought us leftovers.
  17. If my kids are OK with this, I would.
  18. Thank you! :hurray: I really like the new features.
