  1. I would keep the blankets. They have sentimental value and are usable. Toss the car and the bible. Maybe they will "get lost" when you move ;)
  2. I agree on The Shack. Although it definitely generated a lot of discussion! I passed around a couple books on (actual) near death experiences afterwards that people seemed to like better. Most recently the book club (but not me fortunately) read Bloom. Apparently it is 95% whining and terribly written.
  3. I've heard really good things about Lenovo (very reliable). We've had a couple Dell laptops and they've been decent.

  9. :iagree: I hate reading news sites, so depressing. When I read something on here and mention it to DH he is always impressed with me for following current events.;)

  12. I've bought several times from Homeschool Classifieds without any problems. I really like how easy it is to search for things.
  13. I used a small planner for years and it worked great, but now that I have a smart phone I really like using Google Calendar, because it goes with me everywhere.
  14. Just downloaded this today for free: http://www.amazon.com/Pemberley-Medley-Prejudice-Variation-ebook/dp/B0069TPCQ8/ref=zg_bs_154606011_24 It contains several different retellings of Pride and Prejudice. I read the first one and it was pretty good.
