I recently saw Dr. OZ on Oprah and he said to make sure your flax seeds are ground if you want them to benefit your heart. Ground they are still great for digestion and colon. Unground seeds are not digested and only help your colon

All of our book are in order like a library. I have nearly 3000 books and they are all listed on The Library thing so I guess I have a list. I have at least 20 bookselves in the house, several are rather large, all are sturdy. My family joes that I can find any book that we own in 10 seconds. They like to test me on this.

I will say several prayers today for Pauline and her family and friends.

I don't know it the time is 9 in all time zones, but it is in the east. Tonights program is only an hour and not an adaptation of a book. At the moment I can't remember the title of the program.

I was tutoring several homeschooled students in Algebra and teaching another flute lessons. I was very impressed by their moral, goals, etc and decided something very right is going on here. We decided to homeschool our son before he was even born, and we have always been happy with our decision.

really I am basically a home body, The grocery store, panera bread(soon to open) Micheals, Bed Bath and Beyon and much more and less than a mile away, The library is about3 miles as is Wal-Mart Anything else I basically order via the internet. I like it this way. OH we live in a neighbor with a bunch of great kids so ds gets plenty(sometimes too much) friend time.

I am awarding you 2 points for the book. I guess I figure I have the right since I started this whole 888 reading thing on the boards. Please no throwing tomatoes at me for this(even is they are low in carbs) Seriously though some of the book clubs you join charge 2 points for certain books. So I figure you should be rewared two points for reading certain books. For example, I am reading the entire Bible this years, now depending on how you look at it that could be a whole slew of points since it is a lot of seperate books put into one. I am just considering it a complete catagory:D

I really enjoyed living in Hawaii. The beaches, tradewinds, temperatures, and they don't do daylight savings time(seriously what would be the point there). But even living in Maryland I do not like having to change the clocks twice a year. I am a creature of habit and it messes me up for weeks. Am I the only who feels this way? Please tell me I not!
