We keep the tv off during the day, and almost never listen to the radio in the house...so we will miss the tv/radio test. People always seem to have their cell phones with them and most computers are on even when not in use. Our city has public address / tornado sirens all over the place. I wonder if they'll blast those for the test here?

That sounds very promising.

I wear it because it's my body, but I keep it very light. Pretty much only people who hug me can smell it. Sensitivities...I've got them. People should not bathe in their preferred scent... jmo. I know ladies who have a complete line of the same scent. (Bath oil, powder, perfume are in their daily routine, and they reapply throughout the day.) :tongue_smilie: Riding in a car with them is a nightmare.

Have you unplugged it? That can often reboot them if necessary.

I'd consider a new ped too, and I'm sorry she was so negative.

Fresh rolls and cheeses are quick, clean and easily eaten. Tea-party sandwiches are always hits. Grapes & cheese platter Oatmeal muffins, or any kind Bagels and cream cheeses

When it was possible, I took Fridays off. I've got high school students now, and still try to squeeze these in at least one a month in the winter. Popping onto the board has been a blessing to me more times than I can count. The support, btdt, sympathy and general feeling of not being the only person on the planet homeschooling is truly a blessing. :grouphug: When I had little ones running around, everything felt harder.
