  1. Because I'm not interested in dead people's taxes or gift taxes? What kind of tax orgies do you attend?😜
  2. It also states that due to privacy laws we have no need or business to know. Pretty boring "news" in my opinion
  3. https://taosfootwear.com/products/plim-soul I love this brand, they're very comfortable to me.
  4. @pinball Thank you for not answering the specific questions I asked you. Sorry for the aggressive commenting. Maybe we both learned a valuable lesson and won't pester people here like that ever again!
  5. @pinball you still didnt answer my question. Did you read the free articles explaining how 73 mil didn't go to BLM? Do you think the many people-news outlets are outright falsehoods or just sorta untruths? It's much more widespread than Tucker, you must be aware of that much. I have noticed these past months your posting style is often aggressive. You grab hold of one idea and continually pepper the person repeatedly. So I'd like to know why you will not answer my specific questions. I mean, you were the one who asked for links as if you would not believe it until you saw it. I dont care about the squirrel stuff. You are actually engaging in squirrel stuff now by not answering the question. I'd just like you to say whether you think the money given to organizations that were listed in the free links were BLM and if they caused the bank to fail. In the bigger scheme of things, maybe some part of you will see what this type of posting style feels like!😄 But before that, maybe give me an answer to the question you were asking @Corraleno
  6. Posting crazy? If a big chunk of your country believes that the bank failed due to giving 70+ million to BLM, then yes, we do have a crazy problem. Americans are being lied and manipulated by media personalities and then political leaders and they keep on swallowing it. I'm sure if another one fails we'll be told another lie. And from a few comments here, there are long time posters who believe the lies. I don't think you understand the real danger the US is in, on nearly every serious subject, from outlandish and crazy conspiracy promoting media-leaders. It's deadly.
  7. Try here https://www.marketwatch.com/story/no-silicon-valley-bank-did-not-donate-more-than-73-million-to-black-lives-matter-95e08b3 Yiu can google "Did SVB give BLM 73 million" and find multiple articles refuting the claim. I'd be very interested in hearing if you believe the claim. The article is neither long nor hard to understand, so really, give them a look and let us know if you agree with the claims made
  8. @pinball So did you read the links I sent that you asked for? If you take away the slanted commentary in the article and just look strictly at the dollars given and where, do you believe they were all to BLM? Should those media people have differentiated between the multiple groups and BLM, or do you think it's fine to use the term BLM for any black charity, foundation, or group? Do you think those people used the term BLM on their programs because it has a different connotation to some?
  9. Since you asked, lol https://www.thenation.com/article/society/silicon-valley-bank-black-lives-matter/ ...I deleted the first article due to the obviously controversial title. This one's from the Nation and contains the original link and additional donation explanations
  10. He needs to call his county's dept of social services now, before entering rehab. Someone there should be able to help direct him to anything available. They'll most likely need proof about his previous income or benefits to see what he's eligible for. And possibly this https://oasas.ny.gov/about
  11. I'm sorry it's overwhelming. But most reputable places won't say anything at all about anything unless there is a death certificate involved.
  12. It's like a step up from being notarized. You got them at a bank, but usually you need to be a member of that bank. They cost more than a notary.
  13. It was a perfect movie! I love films with an Irish setting. The Secret of Roan Innish, Waking Ned Divine, those are my favorite type. I have a very, very hard time with Irish and Scottish accents, though and definitely need subtitles.
  14. OH NO! The woke agenda! Woke woke woke! Just once I'd like to see someone tell us exactly what woke means, in detail. I'm guessing it's similar to the gay agenda and the drag queen agenda. Because we're not supposed yo talk politics, correct? Guess your stupid code words don't count.
  15. Let's hope the spirit prompts her to say yes, husband, for the safety of our children, since you chose to put our lives in danger once due to other people's mistakes and your body reacting in ways we never imagined, please empty our home of the uhaul sized cache of guns.
  16. She's posted on another thread in the last hour, so I assume her daughter is ok and she doesnt feel like explaining things
  17. It just takes time.A few days worth won't change it much at all. Blocking and not interested will help eventually. If you want to speed it up then make a comment on the ones you do enjoy, hit the like button, follow the ones you like, share them, use the search function. The algorithm needs stuff from you to work better
  18. Yes. "Giving in to anxiety" is the same view the irate woman was espousing. Similar to those who claim people who mask are living in fear. It's common policy, folks. It has been for over two decades, longer for those of us outside the US. People who travel, people who live in urban area with mass transit, people who are familiar with museums and airports and government owned facilities, people whose religious places of worship have been targeted for decades. I was at a mid size, out door music festival 25+ years ago and everyone had their bags and purses checked.
  19. It's easy to see the love her family has for each other, and the heartache of having members with such mental distress. I don't know what she can do to lessen her SIL's manipulations, but I know what I would do if it was my family, and I can certainly picture how ulcer inducing it would be for me if I had to be a part of regular meals like that.
  20. These are nice, heavy Anchor Hocking jars. They have 2 or 3 sizes. I have several and use them for collections of soaps, dog treats, marbles. They're heavy and so far I've never broken or chipped one. I don't have many shells but keep them in vintage mason jars on a shelf.
  21. Are these family dinners even fun? It seems like the kids would be anxious about their parent's issues, and then multiple family members on edge, worrying if there will be a freak out, waiting for some nutritional challenge outburst to happen, knowing that everyone is suspected of something. I hope not, but from what I have read over the past months, they sound very fraught with tension. There's no way my stomach could handle that.
  22. I'm going to guess the OP's description of a political baseball cap explains a heck of a lot with this lady. We recently went to two art galleries in Rochester. Both asked us to leave all bags behind their desk or in the free lockers. It's nothing new. The pathetic woman probably has acted similarly to encounters with masked people. Edit to add- is it normal for a Smithsonian to profile people to determine who needs to go through the metal detectors, as the OP stated? If so, how? Does that mean people with bags actually were sent through them?
  23. I stopped going back and forth trying to see the problem. They do not have to Understand basic biology because they do not Care. That sentence works for most of their behavior.
