Popular Post BlsdMama Posted June 26, 2023 Popular Post Share Posted June 26, 2023 We had toddlers for over twenty years... Today this little guy left to report to Ft. Knox on Tuesday. A little sad and proud of the man he's become. DD #1 is expecting a new baby in September DS #2 is now Army. DD #3 just had a little one. DD#4 is going to Korea around December/January. DS #5 has his grown up job and moves into his apartment tomorrow. DD#6 just did amazing on the ACT and we did two college visits this month. It's crazy to me. I joined these boards October 2001. My oldest son just commissioned Army last summer after graduating college. My husband gave our son his first salute ( husband retired recently after 26 years active Army). Bittersweet for me. Joined in 2001/02?? when oldest was in 2nd/ 3rd grade he's now 30 Ds 2 is 28 married 3 children Ds 3 is 23 just finished his 4+ years in navy, married living in town working his dream job. Bonus child will be a transfer student this fall...25 years of homeschooling finished off her senior year with the pandemic lockdown and all community college classes.
