jpinal205 Posted October 15, 2020 Posted October 15, 2020 We are trying to change our eating habits. All three of my college kids are home through next semester. It's time to make a change. Thinking of trying 2-3 meatless dinners a week to start. There are so many cookbooks and blogs out there. Any recommendations? Thank you Quote

Everything I've made from there is really tasty. I also really like Clean Food, Dirty Girl. Be forewarned that she swears a lot in her posts & videos. Like Monkey and Me Kitchen, the food is awesome. Those two are the ones I've had the most success with & had the tastiest food. ETA: Another good one I thought of is Connoisseurus Veg. I really like her Aloo Palak recipe. Teachaheart Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 (edited) https://www.pickuplimes.com/ The recipes are vegan and delicious. Saadia is a registered dietitian, so the recipes are nutritious. Most of her recipes do not use exotic or hard to find ingredients. Edited October 16, 2020 by Teachaheart Quote
Lady Marmalade Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 How To Cook Everything Vegetarian by Mark Bittman. It's my favorite cookbook. So many easy recipes, so many variations. It will change the way you cook vegetables! Quote

KungFuPanda Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 Have you checked out the Moosewood cookbooks? I'm not even vegetarian and I've heard of them. The Kripalu cookbook is nice too. I do have that one. 1 Quote

Her food is beautiful and colorful and incredibly flavorful and delicious, and her voice and demeanor are so calm and soothing.
