caedmyn Posted April 20, 2017 Share Posted April 20, 2017 Just wanted to share...sometime in the past couple of weeks, partway through Barton 4, reading has finally clicked for my 8 YO. He can now read easy reader books fairly fluently, even the words that haven't been covered yet it Barton like silent -e's. I wasn't sure he would ever be able to read fluently, but he is.
