Critterfixer
I'd forgo mashing and roast. I'm in the same boat-lots of little taters. But if you are going to mash them I'd probably peel them.
UncleEJ
I never do with yukon golds. But I do chop them kind of small so any skin pieces are on the smaller side.
kiana
I don't peel them.
Hikin' Mama
I never peel them, because I love the skins in the mash. We're having the same potatoes today. :)

kewb
I never peel my potatoes. The skin is the best part. Mash them up and call them rustic.
Pawz4me
We don't like the skins in mashed potatoes, so I would peel regardless of the type of potato and whether they were organic or not. But that totally depends on what you and the rest of the people you're feeding like.

Forget-Me-Not
Peel!
TwoEdgedSword
Since their organic, I wouldn't peel. That's where the vits are. If you have less "rustic" people, you can always peel a few stripes off only.
zoobie
Peel! The skin mixed in mashed potatoes makes me gag.
chocolatechip
I never peel yukon gold potatoes for mashed potatoes.
kiana
Sounds like this is really a question for the guests. You could do half and half! Just put two bowls on the table and let the guests pick? I think this is probably the best solution if you don't know the preferences of your guests. The biggest reason I don't peel mine is because, as stated above, that's where all the nutrients are.

ScoutTN
Y'all voted 10 to 8 not peel to peel. We didn't. Just mashed with butter, cream and salt. Po-tay-toes! Yum!

shukriyya
Don't peel, don't mash. Roast them whole with olive oil, herbs and salt. Not a mashed potato lover.
