Julie in CA
What else could I do with it besides sandwiches? -Just wanted to add that it's relatively thinly sliced, and isn't really holding together, or I'd consider rolling them up with stuffing inside and ladling gravy over the top. I need more ideas. :bigear:
WishboneDawn
I'd be tempted to cut them into noodle shapes, cook some pasta, and mix in the turkey, peas and an alfredo sauce.

sgo95
You could dice it and make fried rice, frittata/omelettes, add it to a potato/corn chowder?

justLisa
My mom used to make something she called chipped beef on toast. It would be good with turkey. She just chopped it up and fried it, then made this creamy sauce and poured it over toast.

Cinder
We love turkey roll-ups here, too. We also like them in quesadillas with bbq sauce and sometimes sauteed onions. But that might be too sandwich-y. How about adding the turkey to quiche?
EKS
Freeze it and use it when you're no longer sick of sandwiches.

Julie in CA
When I started reading the suggestions to my dds, it sparked an idea for them. I think they're going to make Ree's chicken spaghetti, but use the bits of turkey instead of chunks of chicken. I am, however, adding all of the ideas to my list of things to try in the future! Element
Black Forest Ham Pinwheels. The recipe calls for 1/2 lb ham, but I always used turkey instead. Make a double batch, these go fast! Also, I never had dried cherries so I used Craisins.
