When my sil & bil announced they handed my in-laws a pile of pictures and said,"here are some new pictures of the kids." it was their older kids' schoole pics, but the one on the bottom was an ultra-sound of the new baby. When my sil & bil announced they handed my in-laws a pile of pictures and said,"here are some new pictures of the kids." it was their older kids' schoole pics, but the one on the bottom was an ultra-sound of the new baby. That's similar to what I did, except I co-opted my BIL's birthday and in front of my whole family presented him as his gift a photo album with pics of my son and his son, and then the last pic was the US. I'm sure he was looking through the pics thinking, WTF is she thinking? LOL For the first I gave my parents a "Grandparents" photo box with a pic of the US on the lid.
