ereks mom
Would you eat cornbread dressing (not stuffing) that has been in the refrigerator since Thanksgiving Day (1 week & 3 days)? FWIW, it contains bits of cooked chicken/turkey and chopped boiled eggs.
Robin M
3 day rule. Throw it out!
Laurie4b
No way! Toss it.
DesertDweller
We have a two day rule here for leftovers. Occasionally some things are eaten a day past that. So, no. Definitely would be thrown away at our house.
*********
Sorry, The absolute longest I can go with leftovers is maybe five days. Ten is WAY too many. I'd toss it.
melissel
No, but not because of the meat. Believe it or not, old starches are more dangerous. :iagree: 5 days is my cutoff.

Annie
I have a strong stomach, but I would definitely throw it out.
justasque
Absolutely not. All my T'giving leftovers, and even my 2-days-afterwards-party leftovers, have been purged. Everything had just that little touch of mold starting. The meat seals the deal. Pitch it.
cindergretta
No. Not even on a dare.
ThisIsTheDay
I gave my Thanksgiving leftovers a few extra days but threw everything out on Friday. I wouldn't eat 10 day old dressing. :ack2:
Unicorn.
Nope, a week is my cut off. Thanksgiving leftovers that were still around after Wednesday, would have been pitched.
Cindyg
Absolutely not. Not even to the dog.
ereks mom
We didn't eat it. I had already pretty much decided that anything beyond 5-6 days would be REALLY pushing it. We had quite a bit left over, and it's my BIL's special, very yummy (when fresh) dressing. Oh, well, there's always next year, right? ;)
QuirkyKapers
Wouldn't have eaten it. I would be concerned about the meat. However, my dh might have.
Catwoman
Glad to hear you didn't eat it. Would you have been able to freeze it, or is it one of those recipes that turns to mush when you thaw it out? (Just thinking ahead to next year... ;))

chepyl
We tossleftovers after a week. I don't touch them after 5 days, but DH will eat them at a week if they don't smell.
kolamum
We normally eat it unless it's growing, but then again we don't usually have many leftovers. Having said that I wouldn't eat it, but I can't stand cornbread dressing. ;) My opinion is clearly biased.
