Rebecca in GA
I love Carrollton! I lived at Woodland Christian Camp many summers while in high school and college. I thought your avatar may be a picture taken at Woodland? Actually, it was taken downtown at the train depot they're supposed to renovate soon. The children love to go explore the train cars there. Woodland is just a few miles from my church, though. You're right -- it is a small world!

melhouse
hey were you in Eagles nest? i just moved from newnan this summer.:p No, I've never joined. Besides hsing my four kids, I've had to work part-time, and I never felt like I could commit to joining anything extra (other than church). We may look into some of their high school courses for next year, though. My oldest will be in 9th grade. Gulp! Where in N. Ga did you move? My mother grew up in Demorest, and she bought her childhood home. I love going up there, but I don't get up there as much as I'd like. Jenny in Atl
Thanks. DO you know of any good co-ops or classes around this area? I sent you a PM but I'm not sure you got it. What kind of classes or co-ops are you looking for. Secular or Faith based? There are a number of groups in the area and classes as well. Let me know and I will be happy to send you some ideas. Also, Atlanta Happenings Yahoo Group is a great one to join to learn about HS events, classes, and groups all over the area. hth's
