  1. :willy_nilly: :svengo: All 3 of my children are going to public school. I'm sick and I have to take care of myself this year. I'm hoping next year they will be back with me. School starts Monday. :scared:  :crying: :ack2: Can I still come play sometime? :seeya: :lurk5:

  4. Thank you My husband helped me with it. I wanted something that would fit me to a T and it dose...
  5. We watched him win that race. My kids will think it's cool that he was homeschooled. We love our nascar racing around here. The story was right about other reports not mention that he has been homeschooled since the fourth grade by his parents.
  6. Here's mine... It has a meaning behind it. I have my next three planned out and they all have a meaning behind them. I love them and I will never regret them...;)
  7. I so :iagree: We women need to be more accepting of each other. :) :grouphug:
  8. :grouphug: Ravin, I'm glad you shared and I wanted you to know that you are not a lone. I am bisexual but only because my DH let me grow to be the person I am. We were 18 when we married. So that and other things that happen to me when I was young made it harder to grow sexuality and spirituality. I wouldn't have fond my true self and been able to be my true self if not for him. We first fill in love when we were 12. Then when we were 18 fond each other and fill in love all over again. We have been together for 14 years. We are true soul mates. You might ask how I know this. And I would say that there is no reason I would leave him and no reason he would leave me. We are forever together in this life and in the next. And by the way I'm not Christian but he is. We are unconventional in many ways. :D
  9. If he can make it home, he eats with us. If he can't, he eats out and then has leftovers for supper. We eat at the table both times unless we watch a movie or play a game as a family. He says, that have more family time & not rushing though the night trying to get everything done is worth it. My husband is a Superintendent Carpenter (Commercial Construction). I hope this helps.
  10. Our main meal is at 12pm at the dinner table. We eat ether leftovers or lunch stuff at 6pm. Usually at the dinner table but sometimes we watch a movie or play games. My husband works days. We have been doing it this way for almost a year. We all love it this way. Our nights are a lot better now. ;)

  13. I have been using Social Studies Power Basics & Science Power Basics for this level. I get them from Rainbow Resource Center. Hope this helps.
  14. I wanted to as a child but I don't. My name is Candy Sue. I think I finely grew into it. My board name is Milseain, it means sweets in Irish. The closest thing to Candy that I could fine.
  15. Another witch here. I believe in a higher power encompassing both male and female energies: God/Goddess. I believe in reincarnation. I believe we choose each incarnation, from lessons we believe we need to learn. Only by learning these lessons can we move on to a higher plane of existence. :iagree:
  16. I am in Central Texas. Near Waco. :)
  17. I'm packing too. We are going to TX the 17th (from GA). I don't know which one is worst the packing or the drive... :grouphug:
