  1. Nope. My daughter is currently in the middle of BA 3C and just now finishing up Singapore 3A. Singapore 3A is so boring; I'm glad we had Beast to break it up.
  2. We switched to Singapore after RightStart B and later added Beast Academy. My second child is doing Singapore and RS simultaneously.
  3. My MIL told me I needed to bottle feed so my children would be able to swallow pills later in life.
  4. Original plan above. Here's what we're actually working on right now: Math: SM 3B, BA 3C Language Arts: AAS 5, MCT Island, CAP Fable Science: Interest led (just finished GEMS unit on rocks, about to start studying plants and birds) History: SOTW 2 Spanish: GSWS, The Fun Spanish + picture books and videos Latin: SSL 2 Extracurricular: Tae Kwon Do, gymnastics, Girl Scouts We're at about 3-4 hours a day.
  5. I've known a Talitha. It's a pretty name.
  6. My daughters want to be Harry Potter and Neville Longbottom. They already have the Gryffindor robes. My 2 year old wants to be a doggy. The girls are asking that I make him a black dog so they can pretend he's Sirius Black. :)
  7. Mostly at the kitchen table or on the couch. Sometimes on their beds or in the backyard.
  8. I took one semester of aerobics. That's all that was required, thank goodness.
  9. We were all over the place on this! Our first daughter was named once we found out she was a girl. Our second daughter wasn't named until after she was born. We decided on our son's name 8 years before he was born.
  10. Our favorite soup recipe is for Italian Sausage Soup.
  11. We're still happy with all of the materials we continued from last year. New hits include CAP Fable, MCT Island, GEMS units, and Bite Sized Physics.

  14. Yep! We school year round, but we're calling this our first day.
  15. We do 15 minutes a day and finish a step a week. That's for my daughter who's on level 5. I remember that she went through level 1 very quickly.
