    I go to Houma or Covington once or twice a month and would like to join if it is on one of those weekends. I am moving in October though.

    :bigear: Dh and I were talking about going there come October. We'll be taking the RV but I'm not sure what there is to do there.

    A few families are in the beginning stages of planning a trip. We're going to need space for 21 people, mostly kids under the age of 10. It'll be 5 families and we want to stay either together or as close as we can. Any suggestions on where we can stay? It seems like most of the houses off post are booked. No date planned yet, this is becoming a logistical nightmare already!

    I have a smart phone because I need it for the GPS since we travel so much. I seriously looked into downgrading but the GPS makes it worth it for me. Dh is downgrading as soon as he can.

    I have and bound them with our machine. Except ds had some serious behavior issues a few days ago that got him expelled. Maybe next summer.

    Yep the Riverwalk mall is still there. Was just in there Saturday.

    Mine do this too! Kinda embarrassing. Everybody cleans for about half an hour before school. When we take breaks in our school we clean more. I'm usually too tired in the evenings so by 2:00 or so I give up and gets all messed up for the next morning.

    My dd gets to pick almost everything herself. I give her a few choices in each subject. She also gets to choose the order in which she does things, time she starts, where she does her work and anything else.

    Got caught by the police once while on the swings at a park in the middle of the night. They ran our licenses and told us to leave. Bad part is that my had a police scanner and heard about it on there.

    I would not disrobe completely, just in case. Trees are good support.

    I thought about posting the same thing earlier today. My 9 yr old ds is the same way. He swears he has never heard of an adjective before and forgot everything he ever knew about division just from taking 4 days off.

    I'm actively trying to forget the answer to the first one. Mine is that bad. :blushing: Sounds like I need to get my copy of that book back from a friend before dh gets home.

    I didn't realize people actually visited my profile. I'm so not interesting enough to warrant an on purpose click.

    I check mine constantly and it is always with me. Dh is overseas and I hate missing calls from him. Plus I text a lot.

    As long as the mom wants him there. I know my kids are always better behaved and stay out of my hair more when a friend is over. Two is usually easier than one in these cases.

    I've always had to. Dh works away a lot and we don't live near family. Even using sitters, I was only away from my kids once every few months and it was NOT good for me. We love our teen sitters. The one we have now will come over to play with them and takes them to the movies and stuff with her. She's a great "big sister" to them.

    I want another one but I know it is a very bad idea. I had such severe ppd after ds that I would never risk that again. Dh and I have talked about adoption but we want to wait until he retires in a few years.

    I let my dd put in blue and red clip on things that braid into her hair whenever she wants. But I'm starting to make her pay for them herself since they're $10 each at the salon. Looking forward to the day we go to the in-laws with full on purple hair. They're going to freak which is always fun for me.

    I got my boys fixed today. They've been home for about 6 hours and one of them is still shaking. He isn't cold. We've tried petting him, wrapping him in a blanket. The other dog is still crying. He hasn't stopped the entire time he's been home. Are both these things normal?

    I've never had a problem with them getting back to me. Did you try posting on the forums? Sometimes they get back to you quicker on there.

    Dislike them too. I can only manage a few pages before my voice starts to give out. I do a few pages here and there throughout the day and we manage.

    I know this thread is way old but I updated my plan today and I didn't have to change plans. He told me I could if I wanted to but recommended I didn't since it would have cost me $20 more and could do so any time in the future. I was able to keep my unlimited data. I love my new Droid 4, btw!
