    Do you have a specific level you are looking at? I have personally used the new Epsilon, Zeta, PreAlgebra, and Algebra with the old spiral TM and DVD. The new Algebra TM has much more extensive solutions. I think the solutions are downloadable online somewhere, though.

    I often chew gum in church during the sermon. It helps me to focus. I don't see a problem with it.

    My oldest is 15yo, almost 16. He doesn't even think to ask to watch TV. He'd much rather play video games. We mostly use Netflix instant here, so I approve shows on a case-by-case basis.

    We had to Cobra at our previous job. We ended up paying $1500 per month for an HMO plan. Our plan now would cost around $1100 per month medical. Dental is separate. We pay around $320 per month of that. That is for a family of 5, Kaiser HMO plan.

    I have a kid with food allergies. All my kids know to ask me first before taking food from someone else.

    We used Sonlight Core 100 this year. My son also used the REA book and InstantCert. He had no trouble passing the United States History 1 exam (up until 1877 or so). He will probably also take the second one after we finish the school year.

    I joined myfitnesspal.com last October. I've lost over 20 pounds and reached my goal weight. It worked for me!

    Glad to hear it. My son is signed up to take the one in Phoenix in April 2013.

    We stayed at an older hotel right downtown, Hotel Harrington. We have a family room, so it was probably more expensive. The location was fabulous. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

    I'm trying to convince my kids to take some next year. I'll have to make sure to leave some room in their schedule! I received an email about the courses. Since we signup for a previous course, they emailed me.

    We've had Mrs. Frederick (love her!) and Mrs. Shearon. I'd recommend either. I don't know Mrs. Johnson.

    Well, I can tell you that my son asked that I NEVER schedule two classes back-to-back again. :) This year he has two in one day, but they are hours apart. I know he wouldn't like more than two in one day.

    I know that for me, we were out of town. It was before the automated email reminders. (Love those!) When you have 50 books overdue at 25 cents per day, it adds up quickly even for a couple of days.

    We've been working on the "web" portion, but I'd love to have my two older ones go through the Algebra videos. There are so many. I find it confusing. Where did you start? How do you find the practice problems? Are they part of the videos? Thanks!
