I've been using Bob's Red Mill GF Baking Flour. I am just substituting it in place of flour in the recipes I already use. So far our chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookies, and the large batch of gingerbread men we made the weekend have been great! Don't forget to add the necessary xanthan gum to the recipe. Info on the back of the package.

I've been using the recipe from the back of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour. I do leave out the cinnamon and we love it! Ingredients 1/3 cp Canola Oil 2/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar 2 Large Eggs 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 1 3/4 Cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1 1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon 1 1/2 Cup Mashed Ripe Bananas 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecan Halves 1/2 cup Raisins Directions Preheat oven to 350­Â°F. Coat a 9" x 5" non stick pan (or two 5" x 2 1/2" pans) with cooking spray, set aside. Cream the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Mix together the flour, xantham gum, sea salt, baking powder and spices. Add flour mixture to egg mixture, alternating with bananas. Stir in nuts and raisins. Batter will be somewhat soft. Bake the 9" x 5" pan for 1 hour, bake the 5" x 1 1/2" pans for 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack before cutting. Do a search for Bob's Red Mill + Gluten Free Banana Bread recipe if you don't have the all purpose mix. The recipe is made without the prepackaged all purpose flour. :)

The title of this thread cracked me up!! We broke out the fall decorations and cancelled school Monday morning when the temps here in East Texas dropped down to 78 after waking up to 90 degrees that morning. We spent the rest of the week feeling a little silly with all our fall finery on the front porch and temps over 100! I love Texas.

I would call Customer Service back and tell them that dd is very upset about having to be without her doll for a time. I would request that they dispatch a new doll to you and a returning shipping label for the flawed doll. I am sorry that they did not offer you a return shipping tag which is what my experience has been with them in the past. Cut backs I'm sure... Ask to speak to a supervisior if you have too, but the flaw is their fault and you should not have to pay to return it and dd should not have suffer because of it.
