I gave up my much loved Pepsi...Diet Pepsi, regular Pepsi, Pepsi 1... I also cook from scratch whenever possible and we eat lots of fresh (when possible organic) veggies.

I just take a teaspoon full of Apple Cider Vinegar and swallow it a few times a day. Tea with honey is very soothing, but my vinegar throat splash often kills the beast before it sets in. Hope you feel better.:grouphug:
