  1. It's probably the husky part. I told my husband anything but a husky. *sigh*
  2. Thank you! We eased up on the no wandering after potty training seemed pretty well set. I guess that was a mistake. I will double-down. I've already been working on making sure nothing is free. No going into the house until you sit instead of jumping and pawing at the door, etc. Shes such a toddler!
  3. I agree, that's why I'm asking. I want to get this right. I've watched tons of Zac George videos, but sometimes they're a little vague, to me anyway. My instinct, and what has worked for another issue, is more of a consequence correction. She was yelling at me as I was scooping out her food, really loud barking and jumping. I said no, stopped scooping and dumped it all back in the container, put the bowl away and put her in the crate for a couple of minutes. Started the process all over until she stopped yelling at me. It took 4 mealtimes for her to get it. I don't know how that would work with this issue but I am motivated to stop it. It's a new behavior that started about a month ago. We got her at 11 weeks.
  4. Thank you. Yeah this is growling, guarding and real biting. She spreads her legs out with her head down low. I will try the hand feeding. Does that seem to stop the issue so eventually I can put the food in a bowl?
  5. It is a hit and run if you leave and you're taking a chance that there are no cameras. The penalty would be higher than just taking care of the damage. Either wait for the other party, or leave contact information in a secure place.
  6. She is 6 months. When she grabs something she shouldn't have I've had a few successes with "drop it" but more often than not she guards it even more and growls. She ignores the drop it so we reach to take it and get bitten. I know that it's not good to try and take it from them but sometimes it is time-sensitive since she will just swallow it so we can't get it. I have traded treats with some success but it's not always feasible to go grab a treat and then negotiate. ETA these bites are drawing blood
  7. I am not sticking my hand in there! I hold my kid under the arms and make him jump up and down on it. 😆
  8. I think it would depend on the relationship. A family member? We do stuff like that all the time. But a friend, I think it would be weird. I once had someone ask me for the wainscoting off my walls if I ever decided to take it down. 😲That bugged me.
  9. I've heard great things about USA Pans but I haven't tried them yet.
  10. Another weird thing:I have to pinch the screen to make it smaller before i can click on the right corner to log on, see notifications, etc.
  11. No stunts undies here anymore. I had a really cute set once with a camisole. Now-grown dd liked to play dress up and had a poop accident in them. That was the end of the stunt undies. 😂😂😂
  12. Watched some earlier. I like it so far.
  13. Costco. Throw 'em in the cart next to the cheese. Carole Hochman granny-panties. No seams, cover my muffin top, no shame.
  14. My oldest recently got married and I left the guest list up to her and her husband. When I got married my mom and dh's mom had long lists of people we had to invite that we didn't even know. I told dd I was not going to do that to her. Maybe it's a similar situation? I'm sorry you're feeling left out. That stings.
  15. I have them on lazy susans in a kitchen cabinet. I have one for natural stuff and one for conventional medicine. I arrange them along the outside so I just turn it instead of having to dig for something. Anything rarely used gets put in the middle. 16. I fell while hiking on our summer vacation and braced myself with my hand. My ring finger took the brunt of it and 5 months later it still hurts. Not all the time but it ranges. Some days not at all and others, all day. I can't wear my wedding ring. I'm guessing a sprain but this happened the last week of July. I thought it should be better by now.
  17. I just saw she commented, too. It doesn't sound like him but you never know.
  18. Interesting. His mom, with whom he lives, 'liked' my Christmas pic on fb. She has never interacted on there with me. Maybe she was seeing if I blocked her, too. She is the sweetest. It does seem to have resolved itself. I will relay your 2nd paragraph to dh if he wants to continue contact.
  19. If nothing else, we use the crate when we're going to be gone for a few hours. Our puppy is 5 months and not completely house broken yet. She loves going into it after our first walk and taking a long nap before lunch.
