I just haven't heard about the flu going around yet?? Anyone else?
Jyhwkmama
No. It is already hitting the public schools in my area (KC suburbs).

Paige
I got my flu shot the last week of September and the pharmacist told me the flu was already rapidly spreading in our area. Not too soon at all! I hope you feel better soon and it's not actually the flu. :grouphug:
Spryte
Four of us had influenza in Aug. Three turned into bronchitis. One an ear infection. And I won, as mine went into pneumonia. So, nope, not too early. Feel better soon.
bettyandbob
Nope. it's blasting through my area.

BarbecueMom
DH is still getting over a really nasty cold that took him out for a few days. It didn't seem quite as bad as flu though. Worse than a normal cold virus, but not quite the "praying for death" typical of the flu. He is the only one who got sick, however, and the only one in the house w/o a current flu shot. I still think it was a cold, which means flu is still on the table for this year. Many of his coworkers are out sick though.
73349
Haven't heard it around here this year, but one year DS and DH got it the first week of September, so it may be.
Ravin
Nope. Some friends who traveled came home with it a couple of weeks ago. That inspired me to go get my flu shot!
Ottakee
Another not too early vote. Our primary care said it was spreading around our area.
1GirlTwinBoys
I'm on day 5 of fever and chills. Every inch of my body is hurting. I hate the flu so much!!!
EMS83
We had it the beginning of this month. Mild, really, but definitely flu-type virus. Edited October 19, 2017 by CES2005
HollyDay
I don't know if it is too early or not but Dd did NOT test positive when I took her to the doc. She was negative for Flu and Strep. Doc said it was "just" an unusually yucky virus but not flu (this time).
