I searched the pinned thread but can’t find any samples of a school profile. Would anybody mind pointing me to one or sharing one?

Thanks for the notification, @Arcadia.

@Roadrunner, I'd be happy to provide you a copy of the school profile I created for my daughter. Simply send me a personal message with your email address, and I'll email it to you.

Regards,

Kareni

Don't know if there were any samples in the past threads linked on PAGE 2 of the big pinned thread "College Motherlode" at the top of the college board -- apologizing in advance if that is what you already looked through and didn't find examples:

School Profile
Would anyone please share school profile and/or counselor letter?
Common App: School Profile in the Counselor Section and School Philosophy in Student Section (how to break this up?)
Please help! Common App: school profile, course description questions
School profile/Common App questions
Where to submit school profile on Common App?
Common App questions (AP classes, school profile)
How many hours per credit? (Include or not as part of the school profile)
Common App: after the school report, next steps
Repeating yourself on the Common App, when all the info is in the school profile?

I’m so glad to see this thread! I’m panicking about ours and would love to see someone’s. I felt pretty together until it actually came time to write it! Breathe. Breathe.

It might help to also look at the schools in your area as you will have the same demographics- urban, rural or suburban and that will affect availability of resources.

Resources available to the students like

extra curricular students clubs etc. people in more urban or suburban areas may have more

resources  than those in rural. Those are some of the things you can highlight in the school profile, available resources/ or not  and how your student took advantage or not.
