If that wasn't locally harvested from a frozen organic lake, then think of all the natural resources that were wasted filtering, harvesting, freezing, containing, and transporting that meal! All because somebody was too selfish to eat their water at room temperature. And another thing: were the workers paid a living wage? It can be served in a reused coconut husk and then the guest just need to slurp it up. My elementary convent school janitors did reuse coconut husks as flower pots for the school garden.
