marbel
Are they good to do business with? I am a dedicated Amazon buyer, but the prices of certain products -- Bob's Red Mill to be specific - have gone way up. Ordering direct from Bob's carries way too high a shipping cost. (Another thing I miss about living in Portland - the ability to go to Bob's!) Vitacost seems to have good prices and decent shipping cost. But how are they to deal with? Is the stuff fresh, packed well, etc? Anyone have experience with them? Thanks! PS: Or other sites that sell Bob's. Our local stores carry some products, and can special order some, but for some reason can't order certain things. Update: we received our first order last night. It was well-packed and everything was fine. Sell-by dates on products are two years out. I did order enough to get free shipping plus I had a 10% off "first order" discount. I'm sold! Thanks for helping me out.
VaKim
I order certain things from them regularly, as their brand is cheaper than what I can get on Amazon. Great experience, always. Fast shipping too.
JustEm
I used to buy from them frequently and only ever had good experiences
Cottonwood
Semi-frequent buyer here and am always satisfied. Of course, shipping is slower than Amazon.
*Jessica*
I've ordered from them quite a few times and been very happy. They do a much better packing job than Amazon, in my opinion!
Tiramisu
I've been very happy with Vitacost. Once we had an issue with them leaving a product out off an order and then it was sent to me free of charge. I think I also got a refund when a product *may* have caused hives. So I've been very pleased with its customer service. ETA: They also refrigerate certain probiotics when other companies haven't.

6packofun
I've ordered from them for years. Always great service. Shipping seems fast, even when it's free! (Just got a big box o' stuff this week! lol)

blue daisy
I've been happy with them. I usually wait until I need enough stuff to get free shipping and the shipping is always quick.
Catwoman
I have been very pleased with Vitacost, as well. :) I use their automatic shipping for stuff I use regularly and it has worked out very well
MercyA
I've been happy with Vitacost, but iHerb is sometimes cheaper.
momacacia
Good experiences with vitalist and iherb. I try to "save up" my orders to get free shipping.
rewardsfromheaven
I purchase from Vitacost about every other month and have never had any problems. As someone mentioned, the shipping isn't as fast as Amazon, but I usually receive my order in 3 or 4 days. I would recommend giving them a try.
Ottakee
I like them. Before you order Google vitacost coupon etc and sometimes you can get free shipping, $5-10 or a % off your order.
Mandamom
I've been buying from them for over 10 years and still love them.
JRmommy
I love Vitacost, and since I am in the same state as one of their warehouses, I get it next day or two days at the most. $49 gets you free shipping. The prices have always been cheaper than Amazon for the products that I buy.

zoobie
Google for coupons and sign up for their newsletter. They may be on ebates too? We've had great service, but the shipments do take forrrrreeeeeeeveeer when you're spoiled by prime. :)
Tsuga
I am happy with them for deliveries. I've been increasingly unhappy with the supplement companies that sell there, but that's not Vitacost's issue, it's the question of supplement regulation.
Lizzie in Ma
I have been shopping at Vitacost for years, they are fantastic to deal with.
