So, my friend, who loves to paint and decorate, helped me choose the colors and the pattern. I think it came out so cute and my dd is VERY happy!! I remember my mom lettings up paint our bedroom yellow with orange stripes when we were young and it meant so much to us to be able to personalizes the space! I really like how your dd's room turned out. I bet she loves falling asleep and waking up in there! What do you think about putting her name on the wall -- maybe over the stripes, and in, say, black or white or light/medium pink or lime green or ??? (depending on her preference).
