JFSinIL
For the past three years we have known this time would come - neighbor, late 30's with three young kids, was diagnosed then with stage four colon cancer :-( This weekend they are taking her up to a cabin where there are a lot of happy memories and she may not come back. Her hubby told me when he stopped by to borrow a wheelchair we have (got it at a yard sale in case aging relatives might need it). I have watched this mom remain upbeat and positive no matter how crappy she felt (I was on rotation to drive as needed to and from chemo) and now she won't last the summer (if she last the weekend). Her kids are middle school and younger. :-( This family needs all the support it can get.

itsheresomewhere
May they all find peace during this. Do you have pictures of the mom and her kids? If so, consider making a book of them for the kids.
