Pegasus
How do you beat your eggs? :bigear: Pegasus
Gretchen in NJ
Fork. I find it easier to break the yolks.
nancypants
whisk, the springy egg beater kind.
Kathleen in VA
Depends. If they are for a recipe that requires "one beaten egg" or thereabouts, I usually just whip them up with a fork. If I am making scrambled eggs, I use a whisk.
Tammyla
A fork! I despise cleaning the egg out of the whisk, so unless I'm beating up meringue or something it's a fork.
julesmama3
I hate white gooey things in my scrambled eggs and I find that the whisk usually blends everything together better.

julesmama3
I've got a real easy way to clean the whisk ladies, just fill a bowl with water(like the one you just beat the eggs in) and whisk, whisk, whisk the water. Woalla(sp?) --the egg is gone. This method also works with pancake batter as well.
nukeswife
I just use whatever I happen to be in the mood to grab LOL

Yeah that ^ Only my 'whisk' is the whisk attachment for my Kitchen Aid (we do a LOT of eggs at one time when we do scrambled at this house LOL)
Qs3
I'm a fork gal. I don't normally gravitate towards the wisk. Easier to clean a fork.
Holly IN
I voted other because I use both depending on what I am doing. I tried selecting both but that wasn't an option so had to use Other option. Holly
Plaid Dad
I voted for fork, but I will use a whisk for recipes that require "lift" to the eggs.

sleepy
 I voted neither, I'm one of those weirdos who doesn't eat eggs.
melhouse
I chose fork. If I am beating more than three eggs, I will use a whisk, though. I don't like the white in my scrambled eggs, either. So, if I'm making enough eggs for everyone, I use my whisk attachment on my hand mixer. Fun poll, Melissa
Claire in NM
A whisk adds too much air into your eggs. Since I'm not a cook I couldn't tell you why too much air in your eggs is not good; I just know that mixing your eggs with a fork is better than a whisk. jail warden
I use a fork, mostly because we never had one as a kid, so I always forget we have one!:p And mostly because that's just what I'm used to!
Melissa in Australia
I use a fork if it is just to break the yolks, otherwise I use a egg beater. it has a handle that you turn, and 2 whisk thingies. I use it for mixing cake batters, and pancakes as well
Baseballmom
I use a fork and never have white in my scrambled eggs. But I guess that's because I get that flabby grandma arm action going!;) Dorothy
