MariannNOVA Posted March 23, 2012 Share Posted March 23, 2012 (edited) Look at the photos -- a picture is worth a thousand words. :D Thank you all for your patience, positive thoughts, prayers!:grouphug: OMH -- but the short story is that those people (husband I watched from neighbor's driveway) LOVED it and were going to make an offer, and the next day these other people came at 1:30pm and wrote an offer at 5pm which I guess is the way it goes. They offered full price (YAY!), we accepted, we settle on April 27th and we r going crazy looking for a house. Things are going under contract with 0 days on the market -- it is an old-time northern virginia real estate market. more later.
